Susan Ross


		Susan Ross Susan Ross (played by Heidi Swedberg) was the former girlfriend of George Costanza. George first met Susan during a meeting with NBC executives, and he later gets her fired from NBC when he kisses her upon his arrival at another NBC meeting. George's actions led to the break-up of George and Susan, among other things such as Kramer's vomiting on her. Susan later becomes a lesbian, which is learned when George encounters her several years later. Her girlfriend is stolen away by Kramer however, and she again leaves George's life. Later, they are again reunited, and George proposes to her. George begins to regret his decision to propose to her, but is saved when Susan dies after she is accidently poisoned by her and George's wedding invitations. Her parents later start a foundation in her name, and George must sit on the board of directors.
